It’s been 5 years since we moved to Yakima, and it has flown by! We moved here because we found acreage that we loved. That’s it. Coming from the west side, people let us know upfront we probably wouldn’t like it. We took a big jump and did it, knowing that if we didn’t like it it would be fine and we would just move again. But I love it here 💕 I love the people, more sunshine, all the fresh produce, outdoor activities, my kids having space to run and explore, working the property and seeing the rewards of their labors. There’s so much to love and be thankful for. 💕 here’s to creating heaven out of hell! And eating handfuls of raspberries!! Our family is growing up 🥹 I’m living in the moment as much as I can with them! Enjoying them as much as humanely possible ❤️ @alexa.ditto makes it all feel so dreamy, which when I look back it is and will be💕🫶 ps. I never share my favorite family pic until after my Christmas cards haha 😆 you gotta have something different in the mail!! 1st day of school 🥰 kindergarten, 1st grade, 3rd grade, 5th grade, 7th grade 🥹 I don’t know about you, but prepping/post to camp is a beast. The camping itself in our favorite spot, with yummy food and good people is perfection 💕 we played in the waterfall, floated the river, played in the forest, got dirty, and stayed up too late watching shooting stars. Camping will always be one of our favorite summer activities together 🥰 Washingtion is beautiful 🫶 Sometimes date night is a drive on the ATV. I will never get over the beauty of rolling orchards, sage brush, and sunsets in Yakima 💕 Lake Chelan with friends never disappoints! My cheeks hurt from laughing 😍 the water was clear and warmer than I expected! 🙌 We spent the night with @taylorswift singing our hearts out! Someone asked me if I cried after haha… I didn’t cry, but I did get teary eyed 🥲 when she first came on stage, Vera was so excited and it just made me so happy to see how much she loved it! And I knew she would always remember that night! We all will! @aaronattig killed singing the songs! With 5 girls you can imagine Taylor is on repeat at our house all the time! She sang for 3.5 hours 🤯 She sang 45 songs!!! I don’t know how she changed her costumes so fast, but she hustled hard all night! Love Story, MasterMind, Enchanted, and All too well (the 10min version) are our family favorites right now. The crazier part was how many people were there inside the concert and outside the stadium!
